Visiting Parc Astérix with children

Parc Astérix is very family-friendly: many rides are suitable for children (with height limits per ride), there are shows and character meet-and-greets, and “free child” or family ticket deals help control the budget. This page summarises useful info for organising a family visit: tickets, ages, prams, dining. See also the park map and current offers.

Family tickets and child prices

Children aged 3–11 pay the child rate; under-3s usually enter free. “One free child per paying adult” offers (subject to conditions) are ideal for families. Booking dated tickets online often gives better prices than at the gate. See our Prices and Tickets pages.

Attractions for children

The park has rides and areas suited to younger guests (e.g. Cétautomatix from 1 m, and other rides with minimum heights on the map). Shows and parades are highlights for kids. Check the map and park app for wait times and restrictions per attraction.

Prams, lockers and dining

Prams are allowed in the park; lockers are available for belongings. Dining options include family-friendly meals (kids’ menus, snacks). Bring a change of clothes for water rides and comfortable shoes for everyone.
